ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS All items present are described as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, Users should read the item’s description attentively and if there is any doubt, You should contact MENT at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to computer’s color settings, browser software or computer system, the colors of the products displayed in the pictures on the MENT website can differ from their real colors. MENT cannot be held responsible for any such differences.
Porcelain is one of the strongest ceramic material, but it is not indestructible. It is likely to break if you drop it, just like glass will do. It may also chip if you hit it against a hard surface. Please treat your MENT product with care when you expose it to extreme differences in temperatures like moving it from a hot oven to a cold benchtop or from the fridge into a warm oven. This will likely cause thermal shock which will cause stress in an object. Unfortunately porcelain cannot be repaired to be fully functional again if broken. We would not recommend gluing the broken pieces back together. If a ceramic product is left with water for an extended period of time, condensation may occur. It is therefore recommended in such cases to place small furniture pads underneath the product. Grease, coffee, tea, wine and such will leave stains on unglazed parts of the product if you do not wash it off immediately. Stains on the glazed parts should come off in the dishwasher. If you already used the dishwasher, we would recommend using a “magic sponge”, baking soda or a cream cleaner. The unglazed surface will smooth down over time with general handling, use and washing.
ORDERING When your order is registered correctly, you will get an order confirmation by email. The order is considered binding when your order is registered on the webshop’s server. We ask you to check that the order confirmation is in accordance with what you have ordered and email us immediately if you want to make any changes. We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible, and are therefore dependent on your immediate feedback of any changes.
Minimum age for shopping in our online store is 18 years.
We strive to provide our customers with accurate information about our products. However, we reserve the right to written or technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or parts of it, if the product is sold out. In cases where incorrect information has been provided in the online store, or a product is sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible after we have received the order. We produce many of our products in our own workshop, and several of these are unique objects. This means that in some cases we have an extended ordering time as we may have to produce the item before delivery. This will in that case be informed in connection with each individual product this applies. If there is further delays in production that excess this, we will contact you by e-mail.
PRICING All our prices are inclusive of VAT. and ex. shipping and handling fee.
PAYMENT Payment terms are payment when using Visa or Mastercard, unless otherwise agreed in writing. When making an order, the amount will be reserved from your account. However, the amount will not be deducted until the item is packed and shipped. When you shop with us, the payment is handled by Dibs – Scandinavia’s largest supplier of electronic payment solutions. The solution is secured with SSL and all card details are encrypted. No card information is registered in our online store.Via Klarna we offer payment by invoice and partial payment. SHIPPING Unless otherwise stated, all shipments will be delivered as Climate-neutral Service Package from Bring, and can be picked up at your nearest post office or pick-up point. We have fixed shipping of NOK 50, – on all shipments within Norway, and free delivery on purchases of NOK 1500,- or more.
DELIVERY During the registration process at MENT you will be required to register or provide your personal address information.
The package will be delivered to the address stated as your delivery address. If you wish MENT to ship the package to an alternative address, that address must be stated in the checkout process.
If you wish to send products to more than one address, you should place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.
Erroneously communicated delivery addresses are the responsibility of the Buyer and can give rise to extra costs.
Products are only delivered in the countries for which the website indicates that delivery can be made. As far as possible the delivery of products will be made within the period that is indicated in the individual order confirmation. The mentioned delivery periods are not binding, but are given merely as an indication. Possible delays in delivery may under no circumstances give rise to cancellation of the purchase or to the payment of damages to the benefit of the Buyer, except in the event of intentional delay. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the Buyer shall be reimbursed without interest or other compensation.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES The customer will be charged a fee of NOK 250 for uncollected packages.
RETURN (right of withdrawal) If you wish to return a ordered item, please let us know within 14 days, ref. Angrerettloven § 13. The goods shall be returned unused and in original packaging.
Included in the package received with Your order is a Right of withdrawal Form. This form must be completed and returned with the item. Once we have received the item and found it in good condition, we will return the money to your account or cancel your invoice at Klarna. Return costs must be fully covered by the customer. We recommend that the goods be returned as a traceable and insured postal item.
ERRORS OR DEFECTS As soon as you have received the package, you are obliged too check whether the delivery is in accordance with your order, whether the goods have been damaged during the transportation or if the goods have errors or is missing. If the product has errors or defects, you may demand a correction of the defect, replacement, price reduction, compensation or cancel the purchase. Upon complaint, we ask that you give notice as soon as possible by email to email@example.com. Please note that all our products are handmade and not mass produced. This means that uniqueness in the product that can be explained by the production process will not provide grounds for canceling your purchase. If you wish to return the goods as a result of damage, errors or defects, this must be reported back to MENT within 24 hours of receiving the goods by email to firstname.lastname@example.org referring to the order number, and then MENT covers shipping costs.
