In spring 2017 Ment collaborated with artist Pernille Folcarelli and the restaurant Hvelvet to create a Pop Up restaurant for four days. A unique experience for all senses, creating av forest feel in the middle of the city.

MENT and Pernille Folcarelli met in their common fascination of botanical inspiration and in the creative urge to create well thought out events and projects.  Soon they talked about the desire to attend a lush dining experience, and then; to create it together.

In May the Nordic nature wakes up from from winter’s rest, and together they wanted to recreate this spring sensation and the feeling of having dinner deep into the woods, with sunbeams shining between the tree trunks.

The location was at the restaurant Hvelvet at Lillehammer. And the head chef Espen Skoglund created a menu based on seasons commodities. The result was an experience for all senses – an evening to remember!
